Basic Brewing and Brulosophy are my favourite.
BeerSmith is ok, but the guy just isn't really a great interviewer. Could just imagine this conversation:
Brewer: And so then I turn my fermentation vessel into a boiler and keg, so I boiled in the fermenter, added yeast and drank straight out of it - in 3 days! No one has ever done this before in the history of brewing.
BeerSmith guy: Thats awesome.
Adding videos, I fucking love Fasthomebrew on youtube. I put on a tasting video playlist with a couple beers and just relax watching the thumbs fly around the screen

Basic Brewing and Brulosophy are my favourite. BeerSmith is ok, but the guy just isn't really a great interviewer. Totally agree with this. Always sounds like he's bored, maybe because he's done so many. Sometimes still pretty good topics though, and big names. Basic brewing is good and easy to listen to but I pick and choose episodes. Brulosophy seems to be rehashes of the more concise online articles so I don't bother with it anymore. Fermentation nation can be good but can also be an hour of self indulgent chit chat and local news. Same goes with the brewing network ones that I've tried.

hehe yeah, on the chit chat I found the jamil podcast like that, and too many adds too. I found Good Beer Hunting to listen to on Saturday brew day. Its pretty good but I like some subject description so you can scroll through and chose a subject of your interest. www.goodbeerhunting.com/gbh-podcast/ just gives the name of the people interviewed so you have no idea what they are going to talk about but its ok.

Not a favourite of mine, more of a public service announcement to avoid. Brew, Drink, Run. Good premise, and I started listening to it because I like all three of those elements. I became apparent after about 10-15 episodes, that they were Amateur (yes, with a capital A) brewers, and then even the running component dropped off. So basically it's 3 guys drinking beers that are highly localised in the states, even making jokes about the fact that they rarely brew and run........

Master Brewers Podcast is great. It is for professional brewers primarily and is quite in depth but gives a great insight into the process and detail the pros go into to achieve results.

Basic brewing would have to be my pick. Why ?, well it keeps it simple and informative, and doesn’t stray too much from the shows title.

Peter Bouckaert on the beer and brewing podcast: beerandbrewing.com/brewmaster-peter-bouckaert-on-brewing-with-wood-creativity-in-the-brewhouse/Definitely worth a listen if you're into the more experimental and creative aspects of brewing. Also some great insights into the recent acquisition of New Belgium. I was in Fort Collins for work last year and Purpose Brewing was the last stop on a work sanctioned pub crawl. I had a great chat with Peter at the time but I had no idea how big a deal he was until I saw this (I was also fairly "tired" by that point in the night )

I have found the Beer Healer pretty interesting. Similar concept to Radio Brews News Beer is a Conversation series.

Currently working my way through all 260 or episodes of Brew Strong, in addition to regularly listening to Basic Brewing Radio, and looking up Jamil's episodes again for particular beer styles.
I've tried a few others, but juvenile crap doesn't do it for me. I'll resume my search when I finish Brew Strong.

Tried a few but funny enough the Beersmith and Basic Brewing got most of my streaming. Its more the way they are set up. I have to say the option of subject/topic selection is a must! Is the main interest so to be able to pick the subjects by your interest is the best. Search button that works is good too. Otherwise an long list of interviews with commercial brewers with no specific topic can be just background noise and non beneficial, unless that's the topic your interested in etc.
