So the rubber feet were annoying me how quickly the SHS legs cut into them plus there is not a lot of clearance under a standard 7gal for dumping trub/harvesting yeast.
So, I found some 32mm SHS threaded inserts with an M12 thread and some M12 100mm long ball joint feet. Works a treat! (At the big green shed as I was lazy and didn’t shop around).
Nice, so simple! I just sit mine on half besser bricks in the fridge so I can run a sight glass and dump valve, but this looks a lot nicer and doesn't leave me with a mass of porous material in the fridge.
Did you just use the cheapest plastic threaded inserts?
grumpypaul: So it would seem you can edit the Shoutbox comments of other users.....Not that I would ever do such a thing.

DCB: Another realization of good home brewing beer being the best you can get because its to your own personal design. I am now learning how to appreciate Mead. It just takes longer and far more expensive to make on the ingredient level but. Simple is best pure
